2020 Horned Lizard Conservation Conference Postponed

The HLCS Board recognizes the unprecedented global challenge associated with the current COVID-19 virus pandemic.   Our hearts go out to all of those already affected.  We are grateful to all those around the world who are working to contain the virus.

Considering the uncertainty with the spread and containment of the COVID-19 virus, the Board has decided to postpone the Horned Lizard Conservation Conference until May 15, 2021. The health and safety of our conference attendees, speakers, and community are very important to us.
It was a difficult decision but we feel that postponing until next year is in everyone's best interest.  We want this conference to provide a platform for horned lizard conservationalists to meet and exchange ideas and do not want to cancel but just postpone.  The conference location is still planned for the Phoenix Zoo in Phoenix, Arizona. We are still planning a silent auction so please continue to collect items to donate.

We hope everyone stays healthy and we look forward to having you join us at the Phoenix Zoo in Arizona in May 2021!

If you have any concerns or questions regarding the conference, you can email Mason Lee at masonmlee3@gmail.com.
