HLCS Chapters In 2008, HLCS reorganized and removed the Chapter Structure from its organization. HLCS Chapters were changed to local working groups that can better serve the Conservaton needs of Horned Lizards in different areas by allowing people to focus on the most important issues rather than have a strict set of officers.
