Registration: $15 fee for materials.
Please fill out the Registration Form and either email it back or fax it to Wendy Hodges (512-471-9775 fax) by September 5, 2006. Email is preferred for registration, payment can be mailed or brought to the meeting.

Presentations: Please fill out the presenting portion of the registration form. We will have a laptop+projector+screen running PowerPoint. If you need anything else (video or slide projector), please let us know in advance (September 5 deadline).

Accommodations: Provided on site, you should directly contact Marianne Randalls at the Windmill Ranch to reserve your space. She can arrange to put you in a room with a roommate if you don't have one already. Please use her email first as the primary means of contacting her, then cell second. Call her at the Ranch phone number in the evenings.

Food: on site. The Ranch provides excellent food. When you call to make your reservation, also let them know what meals you are going to have. If you are not going to stay at the Ranch, you can order your meals separately. (Based on personal experience, we highly recommend eating at the Ranch.)
